Services
PnL Daddy provides marketplace profit-and-loss analysis, reconciliation support and business insights based on the files and assumptions supplied by the customer. The confirmed scope, deliverables, timeline and price for a paid engagement will be communicated before work begins.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide lawful, accurate and sufficiently complete information. Do not share passwords, one-time passwords or unnecessary personal information. You must have authority to share any reports submitted for analysis.
Estimates and decisions
Outputs depend on marketplace reports, cost information and assumptions. They may contain estimates where data is incomplete. You remain responsible for accounting, tax, pricing, inventory, advertising and commercial decisions.
Payments and invoices
Applicable fees and taxes will be disclosed before purchase. RAWF D PROS will issue invoices for paid services as applicable under Indian law.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
You retain rights in your source data. We retain rights in our templates, methods and know-how. We will use customer files only for the agreed service and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, PnL Daddy does not guarantee a profit increase, reimbursement recovery, marketplace decision or specific commercial outcome.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in New Delhi will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
