This policy applies to paid PnL Daddy services supplied by RAWF D PROS.
Before payment
The scope, price, estimated delivery time and applicable taxes for a paid engagement will be confirmed before payment.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation by emailing pnldaddy@dopimo.com. Where work has not started, an eligible payment will be refunded. Where work has started, any refund will be assessed fairly based on the completed work, committed costs and the agreed scope.
Completed digital services
Once a customised analysis or report has been delivered, a refund is generally not available merely because the output did not match an expected commercial outcome. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.
Processing time
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear may depend on the bank or payment provider.
